In celebration of International Day of Immunology, the Australasian Society of Immunology joins the Centenary Institute to present this public forum to share and lead conversation around the impact of Asthma on individuals, families and the community.

Professor Phil Hansbro is Deputy Director at the Centenary Institute and Director Centre for Inflammation and is an internationally recognised research leader in the study of respiratory diseases, such as asthma, chronic obstructive airway disease (COPD, aka emphysema).
Professor Vanessa McDonald is co-director of the NHMRC CRE in Severe Asthma, deputy director and research leader in the Priority Research Centre for Healthy Lungs and an academic clinician in the Department of Respiratory and Sleep Medicine.
