Centenary Institute’s Molecular Cardiology Program carries out vital research to increase current understanding of genetic heart diseases.
Under the leadership of Professor Chris Semsarian, the program integrates basic science, clinical cardiology and public health strategies to better understand genetic heart conditions – their vision is to improve on existing diagnostic and therapeutic approaches for genetic heart diseases. To read more about the program’s work follow this link.
“The ultimate reward is seeing your discoveries improving the health of your patients, and in the case of prevention of sudden death, actually saving peoples lives. Every dollar donated to our research brings us one step closer to ultimately finding a cure.” Professor Chris Semsarian, Faculty – Centenary Institute
On behalf of the Centenary Institute’s Molecular Cardiology Program we extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to all involved with ‘Bowl for the Beat’ for their generosity and belief in our research.
